Bart Givens – Mr. Givens has over
43 years of experience in domestic and international anti-poverty work, and
over 10 years experience in developing and conducting training and technical
assistance for a wide variety of organizations and diverse audiences. He is
a nationally certified trainer in outcomes measurement and a certified
trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty. With over 15 years of direct nonprofit
experience, he has expertise in agency administration including budgeting
and financial management, board development and program development and
implementation.
Andrea Ho – Ms. Ho has 15+ years
of technical project and resource management experience as a consultant for
several high-profile clients (e.g. Dupont, Siemens, Apple, Compaq, Exxon,
and others). With a background in Business Administration, she would like
to utilize her IT expertise to increase the efficiency of technical
departments in the nonprofit sector. Her specialties are IT
Strategy/Planning and IT Project Management.
Brian
McCormack – Mr. McCormack has 20 years of software programming,
technical and project management experience with Digital Equipment, Compaq,
and Hewlett Packard Customer Services divisions. Prior to that, he was a
secondary math and science teacher for 14 years. He specializes in project
management and planning, and software evaluation, development, and testing.
Thomas Murphy – Mr. Murphy has
over 30 years of experience as an executive in business and technology
management including positions at Federal Express and The Kroger Company.
He is active in several volunteer communities, has been a Board member for
Junior Achievement in Cincinnati, and is currently active on the board of a
public company. He specializes in strategic planning, board/organization
development, and project management.
Roger Neeland – Dr. Neeland has
over 40 years of experience as an Air Force officer, aerospace planner and
manager, IT services manager, mid-market investment banker, and private
school Board member. He has led a Board implementation of the Policy
Governance model. He is certified as both a project manager and strategic
planner. His current activities are focused on helping non-profit
organizations develop and implement to their strategies.
Randy Scott – Mr. Scott has over
30 years of experience as a senior executive in business management
including Group Vice President for Standex International, President of
Standard Publishing, Vice President and Publisher at Cook Communications,
and a business owner. He has served many nonprofit boards including
Leadership Pikes Peak, Partners in Housing, and Evangelical Christian
Publishers Association. He is a specialist in strategic planning,
board/organization development, business process development, and
marketing.

Dick Siever – Mr. Siever has been
an adult educator and facilitator for 30 years. He has held executive
positions at the Hughes Space and Communications Group, the Boeing Company
and the Santa Barbara Research Center of Hughes Electronics. For 14 years
he designed and conducted the prestigious Hughes Management Action
Workshops. These were leader ship seminars given to approximately 300
Hughes mangers annually in Los Angeles and Tucson to teach them leadership
principles, quality improvement, customer satisfaction and managing change.
He also served in executive positions t Indiana University, Colorado State
University, and Golden Gate
University. His leadership helped
create two new campuses for Golden
Gate University.
Arne Wehofer – Mr. Wehofer has 23
years of experience in finance, accounting, procurement, administration, and
strategic planning. Twenty-one of those years were spent in health care and
higher education. He has also served 15 years on various boards and
committees for a local church. He has an MBA from the University
of Colorado and a BS in Finance from Arizona State
University.
